We attend IEPs for current clients at the parents’ request. Some parents want us there to present our observations and progress to the school staff, and some parents want us there as a support system. Attendance at IEPs usually requires us to cancel other clients, so we ask that you give us at least two weeks notice if you are requesting our presence at an IEP or similar meeting.
Attendance at IEPs is billed at our hourly rate of $120/hour, plus a $60 travel fee (for locations within 15 minutes of the office).
COORDINATION WITH TEACHERS & OTHER THERAPISTS
We are happy to coordinate with your child’s classroom teacher or other therapists (school or private). Short phone calls of 10-15 minutes are not billed. Longer phone calls are billed at our hourly rate, and off-site meetings or classroom observations are billed at the hourly rate of $120/hour plus a $60 travel fee (for locations within 15 minutes of the office).
